After a long workday as an EMT, Dustin went home to find his fiancée dead. She was eight months pregnant. The terror and trauma of that evening became a monster in Dustin’s head he could not control. His challenges multiplied as he turned to drugs and quickly became addicted. Meeting Jessica, beginning anew with her, Dustin hoped would alleviate his pain, however, the post-traumatic stress only intensified. Now homeless, in and out of prison, Dustin hit rock bottom. Desperate for help, he decided moving to St George was the best option. Unsuccessful at finding housing they turned to Switchpoint.
