These funds will boost statewide homeless services, following guidelines set by the Utah Homeless Council and aligned with new planning and accountability measures.

In 2021, the Gartner Policy Institute conducted a study on homelessness in Utah, highlighting the necessity for a paradigm shift in addressing this pressing issue.
